A. Your credit card number (16 digits)
B. The card's expiration date (mm/yy)
C. The three numbers after your credit card number on the back side of the card in the space where your signature is.
D. Your name and address
E. Your signature

3. Upon receiving your order we will confirm it by e-mail or fax

4. Should the product you ordered be out of stock we will also let you know
